Please change the law to allow the carrying of handguns in the state forests.  Many handguns are legal hunting weapons.  Forests are also remote regions where many citizens will feel more comfortable if they are armed.  Also, citizens in good standing should be allowed to travel armed wherever they go, it is their right.  There is no reason forests should be exempt from this.  Indescriminate shooting need not be tolerated, but residents who choose not to own or carry guns should learn to tolerate, and even appreciate, those who are only enjoying a legal right.
