Permit to carry a concealed handgun in public should include public parks and forests.

In order to receive a Permit to Carry a Concealed Handgun a person has to pass a criminal background check and show that they have training in responsible firearm handling, such as a Hunter Safety course.

Any person that has received their Permit to Carry a Concealed Handgun is trusted to carry their firearm in public places, so that should include public parks and forests.
