Virginia and all of it's Governmental agencies have an obligation to maintain laws and rules that do not compromise or subjugate the Constitution. Virginia also has an obligation to correct such offending laws or rules where found. There is no legitimate basis for denying the public their rights on public land. Maintain the integrity of our Constitution---Adopt the Petition.
