I support the rulemaking in favor of parks carry for reasons already well documented, over

what seems to be an extraordinarily long period of time, by many individuals such as myself, and

by such pro civil rights organizations whose views on the matter are responsible and well

considered, and in indisputable accord with the available factual data, such as those of the VCDL.
