Faculty questioned the implications of FERPA when gathering post-graduation data (e.g., obtaining employer job satisfaction, evaluations and impact of performance on k-12 student outcomes). The state will need to clarify how this will be obtained. Will IHEs be required to obtain permission/consent from candidates upon graduation?
