Allowing the lawful carry of handguns on State Forests only seems logical. If we are indeed able to carry in our towns and cities, then why wouldn't we allow citizens the right to carry where there are fewer people, and more danger from wildlife? I'd rather not bet my familie's lives on bear mace for protection.
