The Board of Health must abide by Virginia's Constiution that requires the separation of church and state. Decisions must be based on science to protect the health of the people living in Virginia. There are no scientific reasons to force women's health care centers to have more rigorous and unnecessary regulations than other out-patient providers. You have a new Attorney General who will defend your duty to make decisions based on science, instead of threatening you with a lack of council if you make the right decision like you did twice before. You have an obligation to the women of Virginia to provide them access to the health care that they need.
