The law has been passed; the Governor has a Constitutional duty to uphold it--NOT to attempt to circumvent it. The law was passed because unregulated abortion clinics put womens lives at risk. We mandate higher standards for dog pounds than we previously did for abortion clinics. DO NOT overturn this regulation. Surgical procedures ARE being performed; insist that standards acceptable to the AMA are maintained so that the "patients" will be safeguarded. Stop the push of business to return these operating rooms to the standard of frontier medicine of the 1790s! Richard Cheliras
