Please, Governor. This review process of VA abortion center safety regulations is premature. These commonsense (for once) regulations must be maintained. There are safety regulations all over the place for other types of businesses. Let's be real about health and safety when dealing directly with people's bodies.
As for me, I'm still a college student and for crying out loud I don't want to have to venture out into a world where, in the 21st century in first-world countries and in first-class states (Virginia, baby), women have abortions in grimy, bloody centers. This is not about a broad issue of 'restriction of women's access to care,' as I've so often seen posted. We're talking about specific safety standards, which good businesses should happily try to exceed.
