We all want to have standards for medical professionals, but in this case legislators are using regulation as a weapon against their ideological oppnents.  There is no medical data showing that these clinics need more regulation than professionals doing lasik or dental surgery.  It's time for the Board of Health to repeal ideological-based regulations and to make regulation based upon actual medical risk data.
