As a womens healthcare professional I am appalled that anyone could argue against the regulations in regards to abortion passed by the state Virginia .Womens lives and well being are at stake no matter what side stand on the abortion issue you are on. Abortion is a surgery with very real risks of infection, bowel perforation,and excessive bleeding.Doctors who perform abortion should be held to the same standards as other doctors. As concerned and responsible citizens we need to speak out against doctors and pro-abortion advocates who use women as pawns to uphold their political agenda. Heather Alf
