If agencies such as OSHA and the EPA have the authority to inspect business premises to ensure the safety of adults that can make informed, rational decisions about the environment they choose to work in, shouldnt greater diligence be given to ensuring the safety of those who are often young, irrational and emotionally incapable of defending themselves in environments with people in positions they have been trained to trust, i.e. doctors and nurses.
