The TRAP laws only apply to womens' clinics.  This is discriminatory in nature.  If you are going to apply rules for patient safety then do it across the board.  But that was not the intent of the TRAP laws.  The true intent of these laws was to drive specific types of clinics out of business.  We do not apply these laws to dental offices or doctors' offices that perform colonoscopies.  Get rid of the TRAP laws and let women get the care they need at clinics that serve their specific needs.  Thank you for allowing me to comment.
