These regulations are not only moral, but are essential to the health of women who choose to undergo an abortion. With the revelations of hideous crimes against humanity in Philadelphia (who knows where else), it is the duty of those in leadership to actively fight and prevent such atrocities from occurring in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
