Repeal the overly restrictive abortion rules

The current abortion rules should be repealed.  The current rules/laws were forced on the public by the former attorney general of Virginia due to his personal beliefs.  They do not agree those of the women of the Commonwealth of Virginia.  He wanted to abolish all abortion clinics and did not care about the health and welfare of the women themselves, only his own wishes.

Rules/laws for abortion shuld conform to the same rules/laws as other medical facilities, like oral surgury and plastic surgury.  In fact, any outpatient surgury.  These current rules are clearly a back door attempt to ban abortion in Virginia and should be eliminated.  They have no bearing on safety, or they would apply to other surguries as well as abortion.  Please restore sanity to regulations and remove these restrictions, especially as they apply to currently existing facilities.
