Regulations are required of any facility providing medical care to people.  Why let abortion facilities be exempt from regulations to ensure the safety of women?  You wouldn't get heart surgery in a facility that was not regulated and wouldn't let a doctor perform the surgery who was not in compliance with required medical regulations.  

Should facilities who can't meet basic regulations be allowed to provide services?  No one will even know how poor the services are if there are no enforced regulations in place.  vote for women's safety by voting for regulations to be in place and enforced!
