Far from rescinding the Abortion Clinic regulations put in place by our former Governor, the Commonwealth of Virginia should give teeth to those regulations by imposing penalties, up to and including closure of the facility, on those facilities not in compliance.Does not the Department of Health do that to restaurants, spas, groceries, etc. not in compliance with their regulations"Abortion Clinics are surgical facilities.
