To Virginia Department of Health:

Dear Sirs/Madams:

The Virginia Board of Health finalized politically motivated unnecessary regulations on women's health centers.  These regulations do not apply to any other health care facility in Virginia.  These regulations are intended to set in law religious belief life choices at the expense of all other view of citizens of Virginia.   They have no place in a democratic society.  

The Virginia Board convened a panel of six top medical experts from across the Commonwealth to draft regulations.  These experts recommended evidence-based regulaitons that alighned with the Board of  Health's mision to promote and protect the health of Virginians, but the Department of Health ignored their own doctors' recommendations and instead drafted regulations based on politics, not medicine.

The over reach of the Board is stunning and undemocratic.  Their action should not stand.

You can and must correct this injustice by tasking the Board to rewrite these politicallyt motivated anbd medically innecessary regulations.  DO IT NOW!
