Is it REALLY about womens health" I do not understand why an "industry," and there are throughput counts, can possibly seek to overturn common sense regulations emplaced to protect the health and safety of women. These regulations do not ban abortions, if anything they require all "health" clinics to abide by the same standards prescribed by and for good public health in the United States. Mr. Governor surely you and your advisors are aware of the thousands of "TA"s which are performed daily on minors who just do not want to be mothers. Many of the "store front" clinics operate under conditions not much better than the "back alley" abortionists with coat hangers, that the industry heralds it is in operations to replace. It is an oxymoron. My family and I pray that you will allow your Public Health officials to continue to provide the best guidance and regulations to an industry which has run amuck in the pursuit of profit.
