I urge the Board to maintain the regulations as currently in place - failure to do so could result in a Kermit Gosnell-like situation taking place in Virginia.  These standards are needed to ensure safe medical facilities, with doctors available, the ability to move patients through hallways, etc.  Unregulated clinics have worse standards and fewer restrictions than veterinary clinics.
