I urge the Virginia legislature to protect the health and safety of the women of Virginia by maintaining health regulations for all facilities that provide abortion services. This issue involves protecting womens ability to become pregnant again as well as their basic health. A facility that cannot maintain basic sanitary and preventive medicine practices should not remain open. Mark R. Matney
