Women's health care centers, which provide lowcost mammograms and pap smears in addition to birth control advice and pills, must not be forced to conform to rules and regulations applied to major hospitals in Virginia.

Women's health dicisions must not be regulated by the government. These decisions are a matter to be discussed strictly between a woman's doctor and herself.
