Please repeal these ridiculous and unnecessary regulations on our clinics that perform abortions. There is no evidence that these regulations are necessary to protect the health and welfare of patients. Their only purpose is to add a huge cost to operating these clinics in the hope that they will then have to close down. In Virginia, we can't get a stop light added to an intersection, unless we can prove that the absence of one has caused numerous traffic accidents and fatalities. The same standard should be applied to these clinics.
