This regulation is not needed and should be ended just like the term of Cuccinelli who used to to restrict health care to women.  These clinics perform a good service in providing birth control which lowers the rate of abortions and also provides women with the preventive care they need.  Every time we move forward, regulations like this drag us backward and are embarrassing to the citizens of Virginia.
