Abortion centers say they exist to protect the life and health of the mother, therefore they should uphold their own standard by meeting health and safety standards required by the state. One would question their stated purpose by not adhering to basic health and safety regulations. If they exist to help women one would think they would be setting the standard not fighting to avoid compliance. Jacqueline Manapsal
