As a Virginia resident and a woman, I appreciate the efforts to safeguard women's health. However, the proposed regulations for abortion facilities overreach. The burden placed on facilities far outweighs any safety gained. In fact, the regulations do not make women safer as the facilities were already performing safely. Instead, the regulations are a clear effort to deprive women of access to constitutionally-protected healthcare. Please repeal the overly restrictive regulations. Thank you.
