Targeted Regulation of Abortion Providers is a not so subtle tactic used to destroy access to abortion.  Supporters of these offensive regulations purport to have women's health care at heart.  Nothing could be further from the truth.  These offensive regulations should be repealed immediately, as their only intent is to permanently shut down any existing abortion clinics in the state.

If health concerns were the real motivation than these regulations should be applied to all outpatient clinics, including dental offices across the state, and including clinics where vasectomies are performed.  Indeed, why worry just about women's health, if the width of a hallway impacts healthcare for women, it certainly would for a man as well.  Supporters of this farce should have the courage to be honest about their intent.  Women's health is a concern and that is exactly why these regulations should be repealed!
