Clinics that provide abortion also provide many other services.  If they are put out of business, those other services go away and EVERYONE loses. Please do not require family planning facilities, many of whom focus on PLANNING so that the need to even face the painful choice of abortion is avoided, to meet the same standards as hospitals.  Regulations should not be based on politics, but on safety and best medical practices.  I am personally not in favor of many abortions, but there are cicumstances where I understand it.  Forcing clinics to close because they can't meet new, unnecessary regulations is not the proper, ethical way to go about expressing one's objection to abortion.
