Existing regulations and controls on abortion in Virginia should be absolutely be retained.  The governor's proposal should not be enacted.  Far too many babies are being killed on Virginia because they are regarded as "inconvenient."  We should be working to end abortion altogether rather than make it easier.  In addition, fathers should have an equal say in whether the babies they make live or die.
