To the VA State Board of Health: It is absurd that Planned Parenthood should be given a "pass" on compliance with the proposed health and safety standards, given their lamentable H&S record, already before the public for so long. As a former health and safety professional myself, it is clear to me that enforcing such standards has been ignored for too long already. I find them reasonable and I am unimpressed with the squawking of this industrial giant that it just cant be bothered, should be exempted, and cannot find the money.
