Dear Sirs, As a Virginia citizen, I am firmly in support the new standards discussed above that are in the new law recently enacted to protect the lives of the Expectant Mothers and Babies in this state. The fact that signifcantly lower standards were accepted in Virginia enacted the curent law is appalling. Those involved in providing unsafe and unclean services should be punished according to the previous rules and the new law as appropriate. Curtis Herrick
