I am outraged at the knowledge that pregnant female inmates wear physical restraints before, during and after delivery of their baby. Only someone who has never been pregnant or given birth would enact and enforce such an inhumane law. These woman are human beings, not animals. Show some decency and abolish this ignorant law.
