Humane Treatment of Pregnant Inmates

Pregnant inmates must be treated humanely.  They have an inate human dignity, which we all share.  If both mother and child are treated humanely and justly, we all benefit.  We need commonsense regulations and the restraints imposed on these women is far from it.
