Please end the use of restraints on pregnant women in labor and delivery.  There is no way a woman can be a threat to society while in the throes of childbirth. Also, I'm sure restraints pose a hazard to both the mother and child - adding additional costs at taxpayers' expense. Let's do good in the state and allow our female prisoners to deliver babies in humane and a medically sound manner.
