Faith based adoptions agencies play a significant role in permanent placement of children who benefit from strong family values that reflect the natural family.  The State Board of Social Services has already upheld the right of faith based agencies to continue without government intrusion.  I emphatically encourage you to reject any regulations that discriminate against faith based organizations.  It is discriminatory to force the faith based adoption organizations to choose between their religious beliefs in placing children in families with a mother and a father or following the proposed regulations which would violate their religious liberty all for the desire to place a child into a loving family.
