Inclusive Non-Discrimination Rules

The rules governing non-discrimination in adoption and foster care agencies should be fully inclusive. The new set of rules is not inclusive, and allows discrimination towards a large part of the population, which would ultimately have negative effects on VA's Children in foster care.

This includes Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender parents, who are just as capable of providing good, safe, loving homes for children as any straight, cisgendered couple.

In a state that ranks at the top for children who rank out of foster care, VA needs as many elligble, qualified people to be able to adopt without fear of discrimination.

The new non-discrimination policy should be fully inclusive, and restored to their original form, including Gender, Sexual orientiation, Age, Ability, and Religious affiliation.

Please do what's right. Religious organizations that recieve state funding should not be aloud to discriminate.
