This is  simple request that relgious freedom and the right of conscience be preserved in Virginia, and in our nation.  These are our rights guaranteed to us in our United States  Constitution.  On a practical level, however, the states needs these faith based organizations to alleviate the pressures placed on our social welfare agencies, especially in these days of declining economic resources.  Bonnie Tingle
