Decisions whether to recommend the placement of individual children in individual homes has nothing to do with religious rights!  This has to do with the rights of our children to a safe, secure home/family.  Discrimination has no place in foster care/adoption policy/regulations.  The bottom line must be based on the best interest of the child.
