Conscience is key

I strongly support rules that would allow those dealing with adoptions to have the right to place children only in households in accord with the natural law and their religious ideals.  It is a violation of not only religious freedom, but also the natural law, and of the rights of the child to force agencies -- such as Catholic organizations -- to place children in homosexual households.

Those looking to place children in new homes MUST DISCRIMINATE -- obviously we have to discriminate against those who would seek to harm the child, or could not care for the child, or who would have a criminal record.  We discriminate all the time in selecting fitting homes for such children.  So, too, should organizations have the right to decline to give children into the care of households based on unnatural vice and disordered passions.
