Adoption is a means for all children to grow up in a loving caring home.  This is a right that all children are entitled to.  A stable home can be made up of two parents or one parent as long as the child is safe and is loved.  The gender of the parents does not matter at all; what matters is the child.  I hope you consider the welfare of children that are in foster care throughout the state who are waiting for a loving, caring home.
