I urge you to reject any adoption regulation that would discriminate against any faith based child placement agency.  Because there are numerous public and private agencies in which to adopt from, faith based agencies should not be required to place children in homes that go against their beliefs and values.  Mothers, who choose to have their children adopted, should also have the opportunity to choose where their children are placed.
