we've forgotten about the children; they ALL deserve to be in a loving family environment.  ask the children....they want a home they can call their own....where they are loved, wanted, and appreciated.....and allowed to grow with discipline and guidance.  it's a fact:  more children age out of foster care in VA than any other state!  why is that?  because there are people who are afraid of what they don't understand.  so, rather than understand, they make rules and regulations that conform to their lack of understanding.  this must be changed....NOW!!!
