Ffor those of us involved in faith based institutions, our work isn't simply a service, it is a ministry.  faith based institutions, by nature & by right (which must be respected), must be allowed to operate according to the belief systems upon which they are established.  To do otherwise would violate the intention behind their existence.

The Catholic Church has provided such services as a ministry to the community for generations, often as the most effective & compassionate to all people, w/o discrimination, often @ great cost to the Church. This freedom must be honored.  I am confident that the Board will continue to uphold religious liberty.
