All citizens have a right to vote be it in person, absentee, literate, illiterate, rich, poor, good penmanship, sloppy penmanship, educated, uneducated, etc.  This is a basic right that is fundamental to our nation, to what makes the US a great nation.  Do not be so petty, partisan or selfish that you would deny anyone this right.
