Do you mean to tell me that because I, a senior citizen, have bad arthritis in my hands, my absentee ballot is not worth counting???  What will the Comission propose next - prohibiting anyone with any kind of disability from voting?  Require photos which, if found to be excessively ugly, prohibit one from voting?  Stop this maddness now!
