It sounds like our Governor is trying to take Virginia back in time.  Back to when rich white men had all the power.  I'm very much against making it more difficult for our votes to count.  Some people don't have good handwriting, some people can't spell very well, so their vote shouldn't count?  Let's not be stupid here in Virginia please.
