Good afternoon.  I write to request the current draft standards for adoption be preserved so that private adoption agencies can choose who may adopt through them and who cannot.  In particular, Catholic adoption agencies should be permitted to restrict abortion to couples composed of a married man and woman and not two men or two women.  Thank you.
