I have a lot of adopted nieces and nephews.  I know how a child's life can change when they find a loving and pemanent home.  Every child deserves a loving family.  And all kinds of people can provide that love, security, and guidance that a child needs. Please do not discriminate, and allow all kinds of families to provide the homes that the children in foster care desperately need.  Marsha H. Marshall
