Please do not turn away well qualified parents. I live at 802 Gibbon St in Alexandria Virginia and I've lived in Virginia all my life.

I agree with child welfare professionals that decisions about prospective parents should be based on the best interest of the child, not on discriminatory factors unrelated to good parenting.
