I support reforming the current adoption rules to be inclusive of all individuals who want to provide a safe, loving, and stable home to children in foster care.  The rules should include protection for adoptive parents regardless of gender, age, religion, and sexual orientation.  Reforming the adoption rules could increase the opportunities for children to move from foster care into families who want them.
